Still, Haglin believes the school knew about her relationship with the teen, as this was the first time administrators had asked her and the teen about it. Despite the removal, no one in the district reported their suspicions to police. Buck said he did, however, report Haglin’s conduct to the state Board of Educational Examiners in a letter.
