The UK and Qatar Joint AI Research Initiative, led by Queen Mary University of London and Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar, aims to boost collaboration on AI. The project will explore ecosystem development, policy, regulation, security and international engagement. Funded by the UK Government’s Gulf Strategy Fund, it sets out a roadmap for future AI progress.
